FREE Pallet Delivery - Large Items

  • Delivered in approx. 3 to 5 working days
  • Requires a signature
  • On checkout you can opt for:
    • Good Access (large lorry 18ton)
    • Narrow Access (smaller lorry 7.5ton)

If access is tight and you need something smaller please just add a note at checkout, the more information the better to help stop damage to trees etc. or redelivery charges.  

Pallet Deliveries are not currently possible to Northern Ireland or Isle of Wight. This includes 350 Litre Water Butts & Large HydroBarrels.

Damaged In Transit

Generally, our carriers are very good but, on occasion, accidents do happen within the transport process. If you have spotted any damage and have not yet signed for the delivery, please give us a call on 01327 371 441 to see if it needs returning. 

If you have signed for the delivery and then unpack the products only to find they are damaged, please let us know within 3 days so we can work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Just drop us an e-mail us or give us a call - we are here to help. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, you may return them unused and in the original condition within 30 days of you having received the order. Please state if you require a refund or exchange. 

Urgent Replacements 

If you require an urgent replacement, simply reorder your item online, then return the exchange product. If you want to talk with us first, just call us on 01327 317 441.

Cancelled or returned for refund or exchange:

Incorrect Goods:

If you have received something you hadn't ordered then please contact us within 5 days, informing us of the problem and we will advise what to do.

Cancelling Orders:

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of your order. To cancel an order, please contact us informing us of the order you are cancelling. If an order has been dispatched and the cancellation is due to the item no longer being required then it will be your responsibility to return the item to us. Only once the product has been returned to us in ‘as new’ condition with all the packaging intact will we refund the money owed. The original cost of delivery will not be refunded.

Return or Exchange:

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it unused and in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or replacement providing that the product is in a resellable condition. (The original cost of delivery will not be refunded.) Your statutory rights will not be affected. If you need to return an item please be aware that until we receive the good(s) you are returning, they are your responsibility. For the protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return items.

Goods must be returned at your cost (unless faulty or the incorrect goods were received). If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original package, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.

  • Please include a copy of your invoice or delivery note advising us what you want us to do.
  • Please allow 2 to 3 days for these to be processed.
  • For small or low value items (2kg or less), Royal Mail will usually be the cheapest.  For heavier items, such as barrels, we suggest using DPD or Parcelforce, and for pallets, we use Palletways. Always obtain "Proof of Posting".
