Standard Delivery Information

Standard delivery is free on all small to medium products — this is on everything from taps up to the HydroBarrel 240 and 240L Water Butts.

We use trusted couriers (DPD, Parcelforce, and Royal Mail), all of which offer full tracking for your convenience.

  • UK Mainland: Delivered in approx. 2–5 working days
  • Northern Ireland & Isle of Wight: Delivered in approx. 3–6 working days


Pallet Delivery Information

We now ship to more locations than ever before! To make this possible, pallet deliveries are divided into zones. This service applies to our large products (350L & 480L Water Butts, HydroBarrel 350 and HydroBarrel 480).

These deliveries are handled by Palletways, who provide full tracking and a convenient 2-hour delivery window on the day.

Important Information - Pallet Deliveries

  • A signature is required upon delivery.
  • At checkout, please select the delivery option that best suits your access:
    • Good Access (large lorry, 18-ton)
    • Narrow Access (smaller lorry, 7.5-ton)
  • If access is tight and you require a smaller vehicle, please add a note at checkout. The more details you provide, the better we can avoid issues such as damage to trees or redelivery fees.

  • Zone 1: Free - Delivered in approx. 2–5 working days
  • Zone 2: £9.99 - Delivered in approx. 2–5 working days
  • Zone 3: £39.99 - Delivered in approx. 3–6 working days
  • Zone 4 (Ireland): £59.99 - Delivered in approx. 3–8 working days
  • Zone 5 – Delivery Currently Unavailable

Before ordering, you’ll be able to check delivery timings and costs by simply entering your postcode within your basket. Please remember to add spacing where needed — for example: NN11 6XX. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll confirm the estimated delivery day so you’ll know when to expect it.

Damaged in Transit

While our carriers are usually reliable, accidents can occasionally happen during transport. If you notice any damage before signing for the delivery, please contact us immediately at 01327 640 665 to determine if a return is necessary.

If you’ve already signed for the delivery and discover damage upon unpacking, please notify us within 3 days so we can resolve the issue quickly. Just give us a call or send us an email – we’re here to help.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the items unused and in their original condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Please indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange when returning the item.


Urgent Replacements

Need an urgent replacement? Simply reorder your item online and return the original item once you receive the replacement. If you'd like to discuss the return beforehand, please call us at 01327 640 665.

Cancelled Orders or Returns for Refund/Exchange:

Incorrect Goods:
If you receive something you didn’t order, please contact us within 5 days. We will advise you on the next steps to resolve the issue.

Cancelling Orders:
Under distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving it. To cancel, please inform us as soon as possible. If the item has already been dispatched, you’ll be responsible for returning it. A full refund will be issued once the item is returned in "as new" condition, with all packaging intact. Please note, the original cost of delivery will not be refunded.

Return or Exchange:
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, return it unused and in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in a resellable condition. The original cost of delivery will not be refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please be aware that items are your responsibility until we receive them. For peace of mind, we recommend using a recorded delivery service.

If the item is used, damaged, or not in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refund value to cover the reduction in resale price.

Please include a copy of your invoice or delivery note, and clearly state whether you require a refund or exchange.

Allow 2 to 3 days for processing returns. For small items (under 2kg), Royal Mail is usually the cheapest option. For heavier items (such as barrels), we recommend using DPD or Parcelforce, and for pallet returns, we use Palletways. Always obtain Proof of Posting for your return.
